FRONT AND REAR CALIPERS

We cast and machine caliper housings and brackets to OEM specifications. Each component undergoes in-house surface treatment, full assembly, and rigorous pressure testing before being dispatched directly to OEMs, including VWSA, Toyota, and Nissan.

REAR DRUM BRAKES

Our manufacturing process covers every stage — from raw steel and tube to fully assembled drum brake units. We produce backing plates, shoes, levers, and adjusters in-house, followed by surface treatment, assembly, and quality testing prior to dispatch to OEM clients.

BRAKE SERVICE PARTS

If your vehicle was made in South Africa, chances are Girlock Brakes manufactured its original brake assemblies. We can therefore supply authentic service components for a wide range of locally produced vehicles.
